Though this year’s list is comprised of many occupations that were also seeing the most demand at this time last year, childcare workers crack the top 10 this year, with nearly 500,000 job openings posted. The number of job opportunities in childcare significantly rise, moving into the top ten of this year’s list. This is likely a function of the improving economy and also promising for all job seekers. As more job seekers get hired, the demand for talent to help care for children in homes or childcare facilities tends to increase.
